Chris and his staff are everything I’m looking for in an auto shop! They have loaner cars! The person who made the appointment was thorough and explained what I needed and the process that I should expect. Before they do any work, they text/email a portal that shows picture of your car, what they found and a plan of action. Once you agree, the work is done AND they actually call when the work is completed! Top notch customer service! They even check in a few days later to see if everything is going well! Great experience from beginning to end! 👍🏻👍🏻

We just moved to Franklin and needed a new mechanic. These folks are just what I was looking for. Not only did they complete my long "to do" list in short time, they washed and vacuumed it out, picked it up and dropped it off for me!

I needed to get my car inspected during COVID-19. The procedure was easy and comfortable. I dropped my car off the night before and I was called by mid morning when the inspection was done so I could pick it up. My car had been inspected and sterilized so it was safe to pick up. Everyone was so helpful, relaxed and happy. I highly recommend Grove Street Auto for all of your Auto needs.

I purchased a new car and had to have my car inspected within 7 days. I had to have my car serviced at the dealership. I called Grove Street and asked if they could do the inspection. Given the current situation, they weren’t taking appointments. I dropped my car off late on Thursday and hoped they would get the inspection done. I got a call early Friday morning that the inspection was done. I was overjoyed. The staff was professional and friendly. I highly recommend Grove Street Auto.

Went in to have a flat tire fixed. Looked like I ran over a nail or something. When I went to pick it up, the cost was a bit more than I was used to for a tire plug. I asked why and Chris explained that the tire was fairly new so they took extra precautions and didn’t just “plug the hole.” They took the tire off, scraped the inner rim, replaced the stem valve, checked the TMPS, and balanced the tire! For a few extra dollars, I now have my tire back with confidence. In business it’s the little things that make a big difference. Great job Grove Street and Thank You!
