I had a used car I recently purchased that I had taken to a dealer who pointed out several critical issues. I brought it to Grove St. to look at those items specifically- what the dealer had identified as a leaking transmission and power transfer unit, Grove St. ID'd as the left front axle leaking on the trans and PTU (saving me thousands of dollars). They gave everything else a once over as well. Diagnosed an intermittant power steering issue to a factory recall, checked with Ford dealership to find recall hadn't been done on my car. I dropped it off Wednesday morning, by the next day I had a full report emailed/texted to me with a complete run through of the car's systems. I called to go through the report with them, okay'd the work and picked it up the following day. tl;dr - Really great experience, fair and honest pricing, thorough diagnosis and awesome reporting, worked fast.
